Showcasing diverse talent and a wide range of abilities – that’s the reason for Madison’s Disability Pride Festival. If you’re interested in a memorable and lively experience you’ll want to be at Tenney Park in Madison between 12 and 5 pm on July 29th!

The 2017 festival is sure to be the best year yet with a performance by Gaelynn Lea, the 2016 winner of NPR’s Tiny Desk Competition, as well as other new performers. Other activities include:

Celebrating Contributions of Local People with Disabilities
In 2012 Disability Pride Madison set out to organize a unique day centered around celebrating contributions made by people with disabilities in the local community. The event features artists, performers, advocates, and organizers from the Madison area. In its 5th year, it has a reputation for outstanding and unique activities and entertainment.
