I had the opportunity to be around during the inception of ERI. All these years later, I am thrilled with the role and impact that ERI has had on employment services for citizens with disabilities in Wisconsin. It’s a privilege for me to be a part of this fine organization.

Howard Seifert, Secretary
Policy Director, WI Board for People with Developmental Disabilities (retired)
Over 25 years experience in the disability field.
Underemployment and unemployment are major issues in the disability community. I want to help ERI address these issues and help people with disabilities get the jobs they want.

Having a family member with a developmental disability has made me appreciate their many challenges. Being productively employed contributes greatly to quality of life. My involvement with ERI allows me, in some small way, to assist in improving their lives.

I am committed to assisting people with unique needs to increase their self-sufficiency through information sharing, counseling, use of assistive technologies and employment. Employment Resources, Inc. (ERI) has consistently demonstrated commitment to, and achievement of, these objectives. It is a privilege to serve on ERI’s Board of Directors.

Cheryl McIlquham
Cheryl served in the public sector for 20 years, including the legislative bureau, and Department of Health Services in the Medicaid program.
I have spent most of my career in public service. Supporting efforts that connect people with opportunities to improve their quality of life is a passion of mine. ERI is a quality organization focused on just this, and it is an honor to serve on this Board and contribute to its mission.
