ERI's Mission:
ERI practices and promotes innovative services that advance employment opportunities, support personal choices, and enhance the well-being of individuals with disabilities.
Employment Resources, Inc. (ERI) is a private, non-profit organization located in Madison, Wisconsin. Since 1990 our mission has been to increase employment opportunities for people with disabilities.
ERI provides employment and benefits counseling, assistive technology, and community outreach services to people with disabilities who are considering or pursuing employment. ERI also offers statewide consultation, training and technical assistance to employers, human service professionals, disability advocates, government agencies and the public regarding disability and employment issues.
ERI Vision:
- Every person with a disability can pursue, find and retain fulfilling employment and financial independence without fear of losing healthcare or other benefits that are critical for maintaining a high quality of life.
- ERI is recognized as a leader in the practice and promotion of innovative services and policies to support individuals with disabilities to increase personal independence through employment.
- ERI is recognized as a leader regarding public benefits for people with disabilities and the relationship that work has on the financial and personal well being of people with disabilities.
- ERI is recognized as a leader in the development and implementation of quality assurance measures that promote the professional development and standardization of benefits specialists, in order to protect the well being of those who seek their services.
