Following are some of the current programs and projects of Employment Resources Inc.

Wisconsin Disability Benefits Network (WDBN)

The WDBN is a statewide system of individuals and agencies that supports benefits counseling practitioners and seeks ways to reach out to and better serve people with disabilities, their supporters, and professional service providers. The WDBN provides professional training and continuing education, disseminates relevant information, creates and supports regional networks within the state, reaches out to service agencies and organizations that work with people with disabilities, and is leading the development of professional standards for benefits counseling.

The Wisconsin Department of Health and Family Services (DHFS) is providing funding to launch WDBN and has contracted with ERI to develop and administer the network. More about the WDBN...

Wisconsin Disability Program Navigator

The Department of Labor (DOL) and Social Security Administration (SSA) formed a partnership to establish the Disability Program Navigator position at Wisconsin's One-Stop Career Centers.

Navigators help people with disabilites in various ways: initiating outreach activities to the disability community and other related organizations, providing expertise and information on SSA work incentives and employment support programs, helping navigate the variety of programs and services that affect employment, and serving as a resource person for other One-Stop Center staff.

ERI staff provides training, technical assistance, research, and relevant information to all the Navigators in Wisconsin. More about the Navigator Project...
